A little information on the Japanese K-Class Trucks

The major Japanese mini truck manufacturers are: Daihatsu Hijet (Subsidiary of Toyota), Honda Acty, Mazda Scrum (Made by Suzuki). Off Road Use Only!
Although Japanese mini trucks and Kei trucks appear road worthy they are not! These Kei trucks are for non Hi-Way, off road use only. Due to the fact that these trucks probably would not pass roll over or side impact tests and given their limited speed (around 25 mph) they have not been approved by the DOT and NHTSA for Hi-Way use.
